1. PERSONAL DATA POLICY POLICY POLICY
Emkice KIC will use personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of Macedonia. It will not disclose personal data to any third party, except in cases where it is permitted or legally prescribed, in order to exercise its rights or to protect its interests or to comply with court orders or other legal or regulatory needs. . The following are considered as personal data: Name, Surname, personal identification number, address, e-mail address, etc. The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data entered.

Emkice KIC does not bear any responsibility if the entered data are not correct.
 
2. CONFIDENTIAL DATA PROTECTION AND INFORMATION
Emkice KIC takes all necessary measures to protect personal data, in order to prevent loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. Emkice KIC does not have access to the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card for the entire duration of the transaction, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account. The data are entered on the website of the Bank's processing center which processes online payment transactions.
 
3. POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SERVICES
This Policy refers to the delivery of products ordered electronically, where the products will be delivered through Makedonska Posta AD Skopje, Fast Delivery Kurir, Cargo Express, Speedy Delivery to the address specified in the order.
The products and their prices will be displayed on this website.
Payment for the products can be by credit / debit card.
 
Postage is not included in the final price of the product when ordering.

4. PAYMENT CARD POLICY RETURN POLICY
Emkice KIC will refund the buyer's funds, if a wrong payment is made, and the right can be exercised by submitting a written request and proof of payment, stating the date when the wrong payment was made and in what amount.

There is also a full 100% refund of the buyer if he / she has previously paid for a certain course, training or event, and in time within 15 days before the start he / she submitted a written notification / email that he / she has canceled or will not attend.

Then 40% refund if the notification is 8 days before the start, and 20% refund if the notification is 5 days before the start of the order (course, training, event). If these deadlines are not met, the full amount paid is calculated and there is no possibility for a refund of the paid funds, but we provide replacement of the presence of the registered participant for whom an amount of funds was previously paid. The replacement and application should still be timely or at least 1-2 working days before the start of the scheduled course, training or event.
