Your order, if it is in physical size with certain dimensions and weight, will be delivered to the address that you will specify as the delivery address. If it is an electronic order for which a download link is received or it is a ticket for an event, course or training that requires your physical presence in a short or long period, then the records and delivery of map, documentation and materials for the courses or trainings will be delivered on the spot before or at the beginning of the event.

Delivery time if one or more books, brochures or physical size of the item "order" is in the period of 24-48 hours and usually does not exceed 48 hours, except in the case of weekends or public holidays and non-working days.

For delivery of your shipment we use the services of Fast Delivery KURIR Skopje, and it will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery, every day (except Sundays or public holidays and non-working days) in the period from 08.00 - 17.30.

Shipping costs will be calculated according to the gross weight of your order

- from 0 - 1 kg ......... 130 den
- from 1 - 5 kg .......... 140 den
- from 5 - 10 kg ........ 160 den
- from 10 - 15 kg ...... 180 den
- from 15 - 30 kg ...... 200 den
- from 30 - 40 kg ..... 270 den
