Summer 2023 Hybrid Events - Business and Personal Development, Access2Funding and EU funding and Grants from European Commission Direct Programmes

This is a practical training and coaching package where the goals is to inform, to guide, to coach, to prepare application and to submit it.

1 day Live and Personal Training and coaching

+ 10 days personal coaching and project application writing to be submitted by September 2023

Total: 11 days of training, education, and project writing with opportunity to take you and your organization as partner in our projects.

 

Hybrid Training program based on our network of experts own personal experience, and the needs highlighted by conducted coaching, trainings and research for private or public organizations and future needs of the EU Funding Managers.

Hereafter you can find the details of the 2023 Hybrid Events Training program based on our network of experts own experience and the needs highlighted by conducted research for private or public organizations, participant’s users and future needs of the EU Funding Managers.

The (1) one-day intensive training and +10 days online coaching will scope the practical approach for project preparation, project writing and application development in ERASMUS+ and HORIZON EUROPE EC programs and their comparison.

Receiving additional 10 days of period for consultancy and Q/A with guidance to finalize the project design/idea on up to 10 page final exam paper usable for draft application.

5.Project Design and Proposal Surgeries to prepare for grant opportunities

6.Bilaterally (10 days (x2h) preparation) total 20h proposal consulting finalization.

b) Introduction Access2Finance; The training goals; The outcome;

c) Available EU Funding, Business Opportunities, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe and other available funding opportunities;

d) Values and beliefs that lead us to successful EU funds;

e) Abilities and Behaviors - Story of Einthoven

 

Part 2

f) Project Needs and Project Design (based on your needs)

g) Finding partners, Specify and identify skills (partner search) and gaining access to key Sector Collaboration;

h) Building a balanced consortium – practical example;

i) Application structure, WPs work packages, tasks, budgeting 2023/2024

j) Financial Rules and rates in Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe

k) Practical Steps and Writing - Project Concept Note, Abstract and Key Structure

As the Mercator Public Relations Manager for Southeast Europe and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EXIT Foundation, he completed his extensive experience gained through various levels of organizations: from small and medium enterprises to large companies and corporations in the public and private sector. For the last ten years, he has primarily dedicated himself to branding (micro) destinations: cities, municipalities and neighborhood’s. Through various leadership positions and with different teams, he helped Novi Sad win 6 prestigious European awards in one decade: two-time winner of the Best Major European Festival award (2013 and 2016), the title of European Youth Capital (2019), the Winner of the European Trend Brand Award (2021), the title of European Capital of Culture (2022), as well as the Melina Mercouri International Prize, given to the most successful European Capitals of Culture.

This include management of projects and processes of high standards implementation of technology, know-how, with special focus on food in agriculture and herb additives, environment and water management. Therefore, we can mention some of the EU achievements and rewards: European Award for Best Practices, Brussels, May 2018, WIB – ongoing business advisory. The Association of Managers of Macedonia (AMM) awarded her for the best manager of the year and the award for the best manager of the year 2018 and 2017. In 2017 she got Customers ‘friend medal from ICERTIAS- International Certification Association, Zurich, Switzerland. She has experience as a NLP trainer and 3 years’ experience as an assistant on NLP Institute Slavica Squire from Belgrade. She has assisted more than 70 trainings and also organized more than 65 seminars, trainings, in-house trainings for employees in companies for development of leadership skills, personal development, soft skills which gave concrete results.

Working actively in area of Design Thinking, Industrial Design, Leading Innovation and Change Access To Finance, and conducted more than 100 trainings and coaching, more than 100 lectures and several adopted EU funding strategies. Consulting Companies-SME's, Municipalities, Universities and Schools for CIP, FP7, Erasmus+ Horizon2020, COSME, to newest 2021-2027 financial framework, mainly in the field of Agriculture Agry-Tech, Waste Management, Smart Cities, Climate Change and Green Technology, Energy, Entrepreneurship, Architecture and civil engineering sector.
